A development of 3 properties on a restricted access site in this village on the outskirts of Cambridge.

Due to the location and limited storage space on site, this was a complicated build that required meticolous site planning and a lot of co-ordination in regard to the scheduling of scaffolding, materials and trades. The rear plot needed ot be built first to allow access for materials for the front 2 plots, and scaffolding had to be carefully managed to allow for roof trusses to be moved into place for each plot. A pumped sewer also had to be routed to the rear plot for allow drainage to the main sewer.

Opal Developments handled all the planning and co-ordination on this difficult site to allow the properties to be built to a build program in the minimum amount of time.
